The Russian military chiefs have threatened to strike the “decision-making centers” in Kyiv in retaliation for the attacks that Ukraine allegedly carries out within Russian borders.
This warning came during a briefing reported by a news agency Tass when the Defence Ministry spokesperson Maj.Gen.Igor Konashenkov said: “we can see that the Ukrainian forces are trying to conduct subversive activities and attack facilities in Russia. If such activities continue, the Russian Armed Forces will carry out strikes on the decision-making centers,
including those in Kyiv, which the Russian army has been refraining from doing so far.”
This statement came for the first time as the Russian military has accused Ukrainian forces of carrying out attacks on Russian soil.
