West Sussex, England — A luxurious seaside mansion in West Sussex, valued at nearly £3 million (about $3.8 million), is up for grabs through a raffle that costs just £10 (around $12) per ticket.
The raffle, organized by UK-based company Raffle House Ltd, offers British residents the chance to win the fully furnished coastal estate, which comes with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, an orangery, a landscaped garden with a water feature, and a spacious drawing room with a log burner. Its white façade, veranda, and close proximity to the English coast make it a dream escape for large families or anyone who loves entertaining.
But the offer doesn’t stop there. Each entry automatically includes a chance to win a second property — a historic £2.5 million ($3.2 million) Warwickshire home once owned by Thomas Cromwell, a key minister to King Henry VIII. Together, the two houses are valued at £5.5 million (over $7 million).
Winners who’d rather not relocate can choose a cash prize alternative, adding even more appeal to the draw.
The “two-for-one” raffle closes at 11:45 p.m. on August 31. Each ticket purchased for the seaside home also enters the buyer into the Warwickshire property drawing at no extra cost.
With just one ticket potentially securing two multimillion-dollar estates, the contest is being called one of the UK’s most unique property raffles to date.
