A case of assault with a minor maid has come to light from Versova area in Mumbai. It is alleged that for not completing the work, the minor's clothes were taken off and he was assaulted. It is being told that the accused is a struggling actress and she lives alone in her flat. The police arrested the accused woman and started investigation into the matter.
Police claim that the accused woman was aware that the girl was a minor, yet hired her. The victim has been working at his house for the last four months. The girl told the police that the accused woman assaulted her on several occasions. He was beaten repeatedly saying that he does not work properly.
In her complaint, the victim told the police that on Monday night when she was late in completing her work, she was beaten up and forcibly stripped her of her clothes. Then his video was made and photographed. When the minor's sister saw injury marks on her body, she told her ordeal, then lodged a case with the police.
The police have arrested the accused woman by registering a case under sections 326, 354 (b) and 504. Police told that the woman is a struggling actress. He will be kept in police custody till Monday. After this incident, the minor is terribly scared.
