The arrest of the Pro-Russian politician seems to intimidate the Russian forces and spark enthusiasm in Ukraine. The arrest of the Kremlin's closest ally has angered Russia. Viktor Medvedchuk, a 67-year-old supporter of Russia and one of the wealthiest business tycoons, Considers Putin as his personal friend and is the godfather to Viktor's youngest daughter Darya.


Ivan Bakanov, Ukraine's security head, said on Facebook, "You can be a closer ally to the aggressor state and work for it. Bakanov even warned the Russian agents, " Pro-Russian agents of Russian Intelligence service- your crimes knew no bounds and hideout wherever we find you."


After arresting the closet Russian ally, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also broke the news through his Instagram and telegram accounts. Zelenskyy stimulated the Russian federation to "Exchange this guy of yours with our Guys and girls held captive by the Russian forces through his social media platform."
