The world's largest skywalk in Amravati; Modi government gives permission for construction

There are skywalks in Switzerland and China in the world. Switzerland's Sky Walk is 397 meters, while China's Sky Walk is 360 meters. However, the proposed skywalk at Chikhaldara in Amravati district will be 407 meters, the longest skywalk in the world. However, there were some obstacles in the construction of the Chikhaldara Skywalk. Now, these obstacles have been removed. Following the state's pursuit, the central government approved the construction of the skywalk.

With the permission of the Center, there are signs that the Sky Walk at Chikhaldara will be completed soon. A meeting was recently held between Tourism Minister Aditya Thackeray and Guardian Minister Yashomati Thakur in this regard. Also, Yashomati Thakur had demanded the state government to follow up to get permission from the central government. Accordingly, the immediate follow-up has been done and permission from Central Government has been obtained. This has paved the way for Skywalk's development.

"Aditya Thackeray fulfills Centre's promise to remove obstacles"

Amravati Guardian Minister Yashomati Thakur said, “The Central Government has removed the obstruction of Sky Walk at Chikhaldara. We have received a circular in this regard. Two days ago, the state's tourism minister Aditya Thackeray had promised to remove the obstacles at the center level. After this, the central government has now responded to this. Creating a skywalk in Amravati is a very important part of tourism for the district. ”

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's office is following up on this skywalk in Amravati. Therefore, I thank Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Aditya Thackeray, "said Yashomati Thakur.
