Kadirov has declared reward for each head of commander of Bandera, "Azov," and Shaitan battalion

Chechen Republic is a constituent republic of Russia located in Eastern Europe’s North Caucasus, near to the Caspian Sea. The republic is part of Russia’s North Caucasian Federal District and shares land boundaries with Georgia to the south, Dagestan, Ingushetia, and North Ossetia-Alania to the east, north, and west, and Stavropol Krai to the northwest.

Ramzan Akhmadovich Kadyrov (born October 5, 1976) is a Russian and Chechen politician who currently serves as the Chechen Republic’s President. He was a member of the Chechen independence movement in the past.

He is the son of the assassinated former Chechen President Akhmad Kadyrov. Kadyrov succeeded Alu Alkhanov as president in February 2007, shortly after he became 30, the required age for the position. He was involved in violent power conflicts for general military authority with Chechen leaders Sulim Yamadayev (d. 2009) and Said-Kakiyev, as well as political authority with Alkhanov.

He has served on the Advisory Commission of the Russian Federation’s State Council since November 2015.

Over the years, he has been chastised by international organisations for a wide range of human rights violations committed under his watch, with Human Rights Watch claiming that forced disappearances and torture were so pervasive that they constituted crimes against humanity.

The Checheno-Ingush ASSR was split into two parts after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991: the Republic of Ingushetia and the Chechen Republic. The Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, which wanted independence, was established by the latter. Chechnya gained de facto independence as the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria following the First Chechen War with Russia in 1994–1996. It remained a part of Russia de jure. During the Second Chechen War (1999–2000), Moscow’s forces reestablished Russian federal rule. Since then, a methodical restoration and rebuilding process has been underway, however intermittent warfare in the mountains and southern parts has lasted until 2017.

The republic has a population of approximately 1.4 million people and occupies an area of 17,300 square kilometres (6,700 square miles) as of 2020.It is home to indigenous Chechens, who are part of the Nakh peoples and mostly Muslim. Grozny is the country’s capital and largest city.

The Dzhokhar Dudayev Unit is a volunteer Chechen battalion named after Dzhokhar Dudayev, the first President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. The battalion is largely made up of Chechen volunteers, many of whom fought for the Republic of Ichkeria in the First and Second Chechen Wars. Since 1 February 2015, after Munayev was killed in battle at the Battle of Debaltseve in Eastern Ukraine, the battalion has been led by Adam Osmayev, a British-educated Chechen citizen.

RamzanKadyrov, the leader of Russia’s Chechen Republic and an ardent supporter of President Vladimir Putin, announced in a Telegram post early Tuesday that two of his Chechen warriors had been killed and six more had been injured.

According to some reports, Kadyrov’s army suffered significantly worse losses. According to the Ukrainian side, a complete column of Chechen armour was destroyed, according to the Kyiv Independent. Kadyrov’s message was allegedly intended to Ukrainians, urging them to fight for Russia against a “tactic of fictitious integration with the West” – a likely allusion to President Volodymyr Zelensky’s overtures to join the EU.

However, it also carried a message that appeared to be addressed at Putin, proposing a new approach in Russia’s advancement.

He also said, A reward has been established for the heads of Ukrainian nationalist commanders: Bandera, "Azov," and Dudayev's shaitan battalion.I say this not as an official, but as a volunteer on behalf of Russian nationalists, the same volunteers who have indicated a desire to pay 500 thousand dollars for each commander's head.I urge to the leadership of Ukraine's Armed Forces and Security Service: you are more educated and literate people, and you had to understand the situation and work alongside Russian units to drive the Nazi jackal evil spirits out of Ukraine's territory. You, on the other hand, seem to be more terrified of Bandera.

Now the question arising here is what is Putin going to do about this .
