IND vs WI: I Can See Glimpses Of Old Kuldeep Yadav Returning – Rohit Sharma

After a 96-run victory in the last ODI match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahemdabad on Friday, India won the ODI series 3-0.

India’s spinners were doing everything they could to keep West Indies batters at bay as they attempted to defend their modest total of 265 in the first innings.

Kuldeep Yadav, who returned to the Indian team after an almost seven-month absence, took the key wickets of West Indies stand-in captain Nicholas Pooran and all-rounder Fabian Allen.

In the 17th over, Kuldeep bowled a googly delivery that pitched outside off-stump to Allen, who was attempting to play a cover drive but found a spike on his bat before Pant completed the catch behind the stumps.

Kuldeep then bowled a full-length delivery to Pooran, who attempted to play a huge shot but was caught at first slip by Rohit.

Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj each took three wickets as the West Indies were bowled out for 169. Deepak Chahar took early wickets of Brandon King and Shamarh Brooks, reducing the West Indies to 25 for three in five overs.

Rohit praised the entire bowling unit for their outstanding efforts and singled out Chahar’s ability to move the ball.

India will take on West Indies in three T20I matches after dominating the visitors in the 50-over format. The first T20I will be played on February 16 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
