Graham Brady has given detailed information about the selection of the Prime Minister. Candidates for the PM's job must file nominations on Tuesday. Candidates' applications need the support of 20 MPs. The first round of voting will take place on Wednesday after the candidates submit their applications. Candidates must have the support of 30 MPs. The second round of voting will take place on Thursday. The names of two candidates for the post of Prime Minister will be announced on July 21.


Members of the Conservative Party will vote on the final two candidates. The party has more than 2 lakh voters. All this process will be carried out by postal voting. After the vote, the winner will be Britain's new prime minister. The process of selecting a new prime minister will be completed by September 5, Brady said.

Eleven candidates from the ruling Conservative Party are vying for the PM's job. International Trade Minister Penny Mordant, Foreign Minister Liz Truss, Finance Minister Rishi Sunak and Health Minister Sajid Javid are leading the list.
