It's sad news for Justin Bieber's fans as he has posted a video on Instagram and said in that video that he has been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which has caused him partial face paralysis. Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a complication of shingles that occurs when there is an outbreak of impacts to the facial nerve near one ear. In addition to facial paralysis, it can cause hearing loss.
He has also announced that he has recently announced that he has halted his Justice World Tour due to this illness, hours before his first slated concert in Toronto.
In the video, he says, "As you can see, this side of my face, this nostril, I can't Smile on this side of my face, this nostril will not move, so there is full paralysis on this side of my face. So if you are frustrated by my cancellations, obviously, I am not capable of doing them. This is pretty serious, as you can see."
Fans are praying for his speedy recovery as there is no estimated time for his recovery.
